I have moved from Texas A&M University (TAMU) to Mohamed Bin Zayed University of Artificial Intlliengence, and will not accept students to TAMU CSE department. However, I am constantly recruiting students and postdoctoral scholars in Mohamed Bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI).
All MS, PhD, and postdoctoral programs are funded with competitive compensation at MBZUAI. For prospective students, I would recommend you to read our publications here to get a clear idea of what our topics are in the field of robotics.
I prefer creative students with strong analytical skills, hands-on skills, and, more importantly, a proactive working attitude and strong motiviation. The normal process is that we will have a conversation about your future study and career plans in the context of my research interests.
Please send me your c.v., transcripts, and sample publications if you are interested in contacting me. Again, the preferred email is dezhen.song@mbzuai.ac.ae. Also, I will discuss your previous papers and papers we published, and an insightful discussion would help increase your admission probability.
